Gazoo Energy, Inc. has received the results of a test of its Kilowat Buster energy efficiency device. The test was conducted over a one month period at a Laundromat in Palm Desert, CA. The Kilowat Buster was installed during the month of November and the usage compared to the month of October. The Laundromat’s typical energy usage is predictable which enabled the owner to accurately evaluate the effectiveness of the device. The results were dramatic, during the month of October the total kilowatt hours used was 4,887. With the Kilowat Buster installed during the month of November the total kilowatt hours used was 3,906 – a 20% decrease. Even more impressive was that the actual usage of the machines in the Laundromat was 17% higher in November than it was in October. The Kilowat Buster achieved a decrease in kilowatt hours used even though the machines were on much longer than the previous month. To put it another way, normally the Laundromat uses .3996 kilowatt hours for every dollar of revenue from its machines, with the Kilowat Buster installed they reduced that number to .2638 – a 34% reduction. The Laundromat owner calculated a savings of 29% when considering all factors.

Gazoo Energy has signed a Binding Letter of Intent with Creative Energy Concepts, Inc. of Calabasas, CA. The two companies are joining forces to develop a residential cogeneration device. In residential cogeneration systems, the efficiency of energy conversion increases to over 80% as compared with an average of 30% for conventional fossil fuel-fired electricity generating systems. The increase in energy efficiency results in lower costs, especially in this age of rapidly rising residential utility power rates, added to which it significantly reduces the greenhouse gas emissions attributable to the residence. The new company being formed will be owned by Gazoo Energy, Inc. and the principals of CEC. Gazoo will contribute capital and CEC will contribute their technology. The new company plans to be in full production within 3 years and projects it will sell out the first 2 years of production. The company's technology can also be used for other applications, namely the generation of electricity using solar collectors providing heat to the same micro turbine used for the residential cogeneration device.

Gazoo Energy has signed a Master Services Agreement with SendTec, Inc. of St. Petersburg Florida. SendTec will be working with Gazoo Direct, a subsidiary of Gazoo Energy, Inc. to market the companies products, including the KiloWatt Buster and the Stynger, through various sales channels including Direct Response Television and Internet Marketing. SendTec is a world leader in Direct Response Televsion and Internet Marketing and has worked with nationally known brands such ar Orkin, Intuit, Real, Tivo, and AAA.
